Principals Sean Sanger and Andrew Arbaugh were honored to attend the Project Team and Family Appreciation Day for the new Patient Care Pavillion at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH on Saturday, April 15th, 2023.

Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center serves some of the most complex patients in the nation. To better serve them, flexibility and future expansion space is critical to the program development. The new five-story patient care pavilion will accommodate 64 adaptable inpatient beds on opening day, with the capacity to add 64 beds in the future. A new main lobby offers essential spaces and resources, including a conference center, nursing education and training center, inpatient registration, financial services, chapel, and an area to accommodate a future café and exterior terrace.

Landscape enhancements to the North Entrance will create a welcoming site through a mix of native and acclimated deciduous and evergreen trees, shrubs, perennials groundcover, and spring bulbs. The plant palette was selected to provide year-round interest through seasonally-changing foliage, blooms, bark colors and texture, winter berries, and a variety of evergreen species. Plants will frame and enhance views with an overall design intent to blend in with the existing campus character. Final planting installation will occur in late Spring 2023.
