Located across the street from the Forest Hills T Station and along the new Arborway, this new mixed-use project includes market-rate, affordable, and workforce housing along with significant commercial and retail components that are designed to bring new life to what was once a parking lot.
Copley Wolff’s scope of work includes the design of a pedestrian-friendly streetscape, a grand central plaza, lush planting, and residential amenity spaces.
