The redevelopment of the Boston Globe’s 16.6 acre former headquarters transforms an existing office/industrial building into a modern hub for creative office space, laboratories, a fitness center, food hall, and bike storage.

Copley Wolff’s site design celebrates the industrial heritage of the site and features a multi use path network; entry plaza; a festival space with bleacher seating, a bocce court, and a custom food truck; an event lawn with catenary lighting; courtyard garden with feature rain gardens; roof terrace with graphic wall; dog run; and playground.
