Copley Wolff worked with the owner and architect to develop a master plan which reorients the inward facing mall towards a vibrant exterior street scape and open space network.
The former Sears Garden Center was reimagined as an active-use pocket park featuring a flexible turf concert
space, seasonal ice skating rink, picnic area,
bocce court, fire pits, outdoor film screening
area, rain garden, and distinctive orange 'wickets’.
