Located within a five-minute walk to the Oak Grove MBTA Station, Radio Facotry Lofts introduces 141 new luxury apartments onto a site with a rich manufacturing history. The landscape design delivers a multi-level experience with amenity decks and terrace spaces that engage with a contemporary glass entry space between historic brick structures.
A graceful arching geometry organizes these outdoor spaces which include social counters integrated with custom fabricated bench seating, whimsical deck patterning, fire pits, and outdoor lounge spaces.
The entire entry and amenity space employs permeable paving to reduce the site’s impervious surface area.
