Park Manor Quad

Copley Wolff’s design of the residential quad includes a flexible open green space with improved landscape elements such as a fire pit, new seating areas, lighting, and a universally accessible route connecting all the residence halls.
The scope of work also includes enhanced drop off areas to accommodate students moving in and out, and a terraced lawn leading into the Park Manor quad with a lookout point from Park Manor South which can be used as a podium for large scale events.
