St. Therese celebrates ribbon cutting!

Copley Wolff was honored to attend the ribbon cutting for the new St. Therese development in Everett.

The project transformed the former St. Therese Parish site into a vibrant community center featuring affordable senior housing, a new health center, and public green space.

Little Flower Park, at the corner of Broadway and Stephenson Avenue, is the primary open space and is open to the public. The park design incorporates elements salvaged from the former church to honor the rich history of the parish. Congratulations to our team at The Neighborhood Developers , The Architectural Team, and Hancock Associates on this incredible accomplishment!
