Clarendon Hill’s first phase breaks ground in Somerville!

Copley Wolff was proud to attend the groundbreaking for Building E - the first phase of development at the Clarendon Hill Redevelopment in Somerville.

Copley Wolff has been a member of the design team since the project was initiated in 2017. This incredible milestone was the result of years of collaboration between Clarendon Hill residents (CRU), the City of Somerville, our development partners at Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH), Redgate and the Somerville Community Corporation (SCC), and an incredible design team led by ICON Architecture. Congratulations to everyone involved in this transformative project!

Principal Andrew Arbaugh and Landscape Designer Olivia So attend on behalf of the entire Copley Wolff team!
