The Eliot Innovation School recently completed the expansion of their school. The project included the renovation of the school’s existing waterfront property located on Charter Street, the adaptive reuse of an old office building located on Commercial Street and the renovation of the North Bennet Street School, located on Salem Street. The school now encompasses three North End properties, serving grades K1 through 8.

Copley Wolff provided landscape architectural planning and design services for the waterfront property of Charter Street. The scope of work includes a new entryway, a playground, accessibility, hardscape, circulation, and planning.
