The Foundation for Seacoast Health provides health related amenities to Portsmouth area residents. Copley Wolff Design Group, working with JSA Inc., nestled the building on an ecologically sensitive parcel of land with the goal of minimizing disturbance to existing vegetation and respecting the adjoining wetlands. Full site design services for the entire parcel were provided, including roadway and parking lot design, lighting design, playground design, planting, grading, and pedestrian circulation design connecting the various site amenities. Recently, Copley Wolff Design Group was also asked to design a fitness trail for the site and has subsequently begun design work on this new phase of the project. In 2001, Seacoast Health Center garnered a Merit Award for Planning from Plan New Hampshire.
