NECCO Center is located immediately adjacent to the MIT Campus and less than a mile from Harvard University in the heart of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical business community. The property, built in 1926, is located on 3.3 acres. The property is well served by public transportation, by both bus and subway lines, and is located within minutes of both Central Square and Kendall Square/MIT areas.

A new public lobby will be located on Lansdowne Street. An employeesê lobby will be located on the inner courtyard, in close proximity to the new underground garage. The renovated building will feature a mixed use program with commercial and residential space on the upper floors and retail at ground level. An existing free standing commercial building will be converted to a restaurant with outdoor dining in the adjoining courtyard.

Copley Wolff Design Group is responsible for designing the new outdoor dining courtyard as well a new entry approach and streetscape along Sidney Street.
