Preservation Awards

Both 234 Berkeley Street and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital won a preservation Achievement Award from the Boston Preservation Alliance.

At 234 Berkeley Street, Copley Wolff Design Group prepared preliminary site designs to study the overall character and specifics, such as grading, walkways, steps, and site walls. The final design includes two new drop offs, handicap ramps, a fountain, seating areas, planters, salvaged decorative railings, and a formal white garden.

At Spaulding, Copley Wolff Design Group designed the therapy trail which is used by therapists to develop patients' stamina, mobility, cognitive skill development, and upper body conditioning through the use of varying walk slopes, distance markers, mixed walking surfaces, stairs, and interactive spinning rock elements.
