The Eddy consists of a 16-story residential tower, a two-story parking garage, a water taxi dock, and the extension of the Harborwalk along Boston’s Inner Harbor. The site, located on East Boston’s waterfront, contains land under water, filled tidelands, upland that contains four existing concrete buildings, and two wharfs.

Copley Wolff was responsible for the design of the streetscape, the Harborwalk, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, furnishing and lighting, planting, and a roof terrace and roof top deck with a pool.
