Copley Wolff provided landscape architectural planning and design services for the site which includes an amenity deck and pool located on the second floor, the streetscape, the main entry, and a dog run. The pool deck contains flexible lounge seating, grilling stations, dining areas, and fire pits. The streetscape and entry include a combination of precast concrete paving and native plantings that are able to withstand the harsh environment found at the ocean’s edge.
