Copley Wolff provided planning, design, and permitting services for the first phase of the new mixed-use transit-oriented development that occupies the Turnpike Air Rights Parcel 7. Phase 1 is comprised of two luxury apartment buildings with 312 units and ground-floor retail.

The landscape design includes a pedestrian deck, two residential roof decks, streetscapes, and a large public plaza. The pedestrian deck connects to the MBTA’s Lansdowne Station and incorporates distinctive paving patterns accompanied by tall ornamental grasses and tree planters.

The residential roof decks contain lounge areas, custom-design pergolas, a pool, and dining/grilling areas, and a dog run. Plantings and vine climbing cables compliment and emphasize a grand staircase that connects David Ortiz Way to the plaza located between the two towers.
